The dissertation will also o address some of the alleged infringement of the rights of trademarks especially those that deal with illegal domain names and computer addresses.

Every computer that is connected to the internet operates on an anonymous ground and is mainly regulated by the user who is the administrator. It means that no law governs internet usage as there is permission asked from anyone before joining a network. Internet was initially conceived by the United States Department of defense to link researchers that were within a geographical location. The internet connects numerous users across the globe as they access high-speed connection and powerful communication medium. Today, few people care but the privacy of computers.
