Question 1: What is your initial level of education in nursing?
The hypothetical data report on the initial education level in nursing views education from four viewpoints that include high school, associate’s degree, baccalaureate degree, and graduate degree levels. The underlying assumption is that an individual’s initial education level in the profession is either high school, associate’s degree, baccalaureate degree or the graduate degree.
As per the results from the hypothetical data, 54.7% of the population indicated that their initial level of education in nursing is high school, 23.1% indicated their level of education as the associate’s degree, 21.9% indicated that their initial level of education was the baccalaureate degree while 0.1% of the population indicated that their highest level of education was the graduate degree. The data indicates that a majority of the population have high school as their initial level of the education in nursing with the minimum percentage indicating the graduate degree.
It is important to note that the educational experience is considered as among the factors that result in diversity in the nursing profession.
